took the time and trouble to explain so clearly and concisely (so that non-techie people like myself had some idea of what was happening) re virus and how to deal with it ..

especially as, I like many, am not in a position to get a computer expert to look at it for me...living in the middle of nowhere with limited finances.

GR should thank you , as should all those who benefited from your assistance.

I havent been affected - but would also like to support Errol as I have a good idea of how much of his personal time has gone into this.

I am not going to get in a debate or row with anyone, but think although not everyone feels they need help - I didnt - a hell of a lot of people did.

Unless he is offering to send you PC anywhere or similar he is not dialling into your machine!!! Get over it.
