Today will be my birthday and I am celebrating by going to aqua fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I have to get older I have decided to get slimmer and fitter. I am sick of OAP's talking to me as if I am their age and how far the bus pass will take them for free. I know I look old but I don't need it rubbed in. No I don't remember the war years, I wasn't born then nor do I remember doing the Charleston.

Happy Birthday Janet.....I loved aqua fit too......the instructor had a routine which we went through in the water, and after a time I could remember the whole 3/4 hour routine and the music........tried to do it on dry land, and I was absolutely knackered.....it just goes to show how the water helps.....

....and you saying about being talked to as if you were a pensioner.....I had to laugh......I am 61 and my dear MiL is always saying.....people of our age......OUR AGE......she is 87.......good luck with the exercise and keep fit regime.......x
