Got to pro level in tennis and whacked my left hand full pelt with the controller.......my middle finger has all swollen up and gone black !!! Can move it about though so think it's only bruised.

Ouch ouch ouch........ I never expected to get a sports injury !!!!!!!! xx

My arms hurt far less than they did at the beginning and I DO think I've lost a bit of weight too....my jeans feel a tad looser....... some days I only do about half hour others I'm more in the mood for it....

.my mum is addicted to it and keeps turning up for a game of golf or tennis ..... I can't get a thing done these days *sniggers* like I care !!! lol xx

Joy, sounds familiar lol

My son has a wii and he was going to show me how to use it on Mother's Day when I went round but we didn't find time.
Will have to book a time with him again and try it out, need to lose a little round my middle, am so apple shaped.
