Arlene Phillips has just said (The One Show) that Salsa is easy to learn....

NO it isn't!!! I went for 16 weeks.... didn't know anyone there. After 16 weeks and still not getting to know anyone... I still couldn't do it!
I did have a giggle though... I was so bad!! It was great fun though.

Can you do Salsa?

We have got a belly dancing club near us and I am half tempted to start going to that - females only - apparently its very good for you and also a good laugh! Anybody else done belly dancing?

I have lots of Salsa music on my ipod Mau... so I could practice before the next class...it didn't make any difference, I was still very bad at it.. Love the beat though it certainly wakes you up.

I have lost 1st doing this along with the diet.
