Obstropelus - I know this is a slang word and I use it cos I am from Birmingham originally but a friend of mine is so being this word - I tried google but to no avail !

Hi Kaz, it's obstreperous!

I usually type in - correct spelling of and then the word and it usually comes up right then!

The definition is - noisy, exuberant, unruly! A bit like the lot at Peterborough on Saturday lol

I have the advantage of Firefox which you can add a spell checker too so it does it as you type. I don't think I could go back now.

Such a lovely word. Have to admit I would have misspelt it as obstroperous; not far out but enough, guess it's in the pronunciation.
