Have you ever had the feeling when you can't be bothered with doing any housework when there are loads of things that need doing? I'm in that mood now. I'd rather be on here talking to you friendly people than brushing floors, changing beds etc.

I'm also wound up my my visit to the bank this morning. Once upon a time you could go into a bank and do whatever it is you needed to do and walk out. Nowadays you go in and forever being pushed to have something. Review! Review!Review! I'm sick of hearing it. So I had a review in the end and said yeah yeah. Now I go in and I'm advised to have an ISA. AArgh! Do these people work on commission or something? Anyone else get annoyed with this?

Janet,
ho*****rk,to me is something that has to be done, but is sooo repetitive that it gets boring.
I have a neighbour whose sole topic of conversation is what she has to do or has done, cleaning wise!!
There is more to life than that.
Think the banks have to get money in to keep them afloat with the present economy,so they probably are on some sort of commission. It does get annoying!

You know girls, I used to think just like you.

It was boring, repetitive, soul destroying....
But now that I'm not able to do it ... I would give anything to be nipping around the house doing all those repetitive jobs which make our homes look like home!

Don't knock it girls. ;-0)

Still around. not done any housework but now starting to feel a tinsy winsy bit guilty. Have updated my off line family tree in prep for printing and posting to a relly in Oz land.

So I will depart now until later. I've calmed down now since my rant about banks earlier, until another day.

just one more question. if anyone has an ISA here what do you think of them? are they worth it?

see you later

Shouts out 'I DID SOME HOUSEWORK' wow! amazing! I am so proud of myself I had to shout it. Cleaned kitchen floor, cleaned some cuboards and paintwork, ironed and all before 3pm school run. I even brushed floors. Gives self a big pat on back. Now i have to tackle the beds. but first have to go cook tea. :-)
