A couple who hired a bouncy castle for their children's party has been sued by the parents of a child at the party was kicked in the heard accidentally by another child !!! |

i've had parties, bouncy castles, face painting, pool, swings, but i was there watching them but the kids were all the same age.... very hard i suppose if you have diff ages and their all over the place, very sad it happened, their houshold insurance can cover some of it but 2 mill i suppose that will come out of taxpayer, but the poor boy needs help, just hope the parent use the money on him and adapting their home etc, etc.. |

The injured boy was a Aspergers Sufferer,before he was injured,,,,,,,,so probally 11yrs didnt seem so old for him at that time,,? |

15 is way too old then. I haven't heard about this case til just now, but I would imagine most 15 yr olds would be embarrassed to go on a bouncy castle. |

joan, seems any age at parties, my neighbours have a couple every year, and all the adults and kids bounce about at the same time aswell, mind boggles... |

i seriously hurt my back about 4 yrs ago whilst drinking and jumping on one it was at our old local, i bent backward so far the back of my head nearly touched my heels, i would never think of suing the people who had the adult party were my freinds ,i hate them and trampolines i just vision nose bleed s and bangede heads in kids, next door have a trampoline and kids constantly hurt them selvs |
