Jenifer Report 14 May 2008 10:59

Hi, my name is Jenifer and Jeff was my darling Daddy. It is with great sadness that I have to inform all those whom Dad was in contact with via this site that he died in April. It was very sudden and totally unexpected: my Dad was only 51 and had not been ill - it was a heart attack.
As his research was so important to him, I am going to try to continue with it as best I can but it may be a while before I get my head around all the different links and people etc! I'm about to take my final exams at uni so it may be a little while before I can devote any serious amount of time to this - I know you'll all be patient with me!
Estelle at Genes Reunited has been marvelous and has transferred my Dad's membership to me - thanks Estelle for all your kindness and support.
Thanks to all those who had helped my Dad to build our tree and who he helped in turn: I'll do my best to carry on.
Best wishes

So sorry to hear about your Dad.

It will be a fitting tribute to him if you are able to carry on his work but I'm glad that you are going to make your Dad so proud of you by putting your Uni exams first.

When you are ready to continue his work, please let us all know so that we can help you as best we can.

Thank you to all for your kind words, once I am done with uni, I will get started on where my dad was in his research. I have his folders so I'll have a good look through it. Might take me a while but I will get there.
