What a fiasco !!! waiting for the limo chloes friends mum had booked, and no sign, then up draws a jeep like thing and goes next door, we start to joke, that thats her lift to the ball
Then the knock on the door, and it is !!!!!!!!!
The limo was at the very bottom of the street, BROKEN DOWN

Full of apologies, and its never happened before, and a promise to bring them home in the Roller, and he would get some nice pics, of them, what, at the end of the night, when its dark, and there makeup and clothes have had the nights party to go through.

3 very disapointed young ladies, especially as a limo drew up for the girl across the road, at almost the same time

But she got to the ball, looking like a beautiful young lady, and im sure they will have a wonderful time
and yes i have cried buckets full,

UPDATE

Chloe had an amazing night, she came home buzzing lol, said she had never enjoyed herself more, :o)))

and yes, she was driven home in the roller, and they are being picked up at another time for a ride around in the limo, whenever the girls choose.

Have some fabulous pics, will put some on the next gen later on today

ooohhh Lynn.... what a shame(: Never mind I'm sure in years to come they will be able to 'dine out' with the story of their broken down limo.

I just hope it is up and running to bring the girls home after they have had the best night of their lives hopefully.

I've got a spare box of tissues if you need it :)

I'm glad she got to go to the ball, even though her golden coach did not arrive......

I think it is so wonderful to have these proms nowadays, gives the kids a chance to dress up in some finery and memories and pictures for when they get to my age........I just wish it had come earlier so I could have seen all this with mine.....x

My daughter's prom is next year, but she's already decided the style and colour of dress, who is going to ask her to be their date (seriously! she won't ask him, but he is DEFINITELY going to ask her she tells me!!!), what car I'm going to hire for her and her friends (although generously they will all pay me for it), how she's having her hair, her makeup, her nails and what jewellery she's going to get. She's just not sure what style and colour of shoes to go for!!!!!

I suppose I can see it being a dry run for when she eventually gets married. If there is a man brave enough to take my very strong minded, yet very family orientated daughter, on.

I'm glad that Chloe had a good night. I know when it's my turn I'll be at home blubbing like a baby when mine has gone off to hers!
