UPDATE

Well actually - now i mention it - i think i DO look a bit thinner today :O)))) *beams*

Scales still don't show any change (maybe they are faulty lol) - but my tummy is defo looking .............. less pmsl

Have you been doing any exercise cos if you have maybe you've added a bit of muscle which weighs heavier than fat so that's why the scales haven't changed.










Or then again they could be broken ;-)
