Try taking out scart plug from back of TV and putting it back in.................we've been having to do this with ours !!! Good luck.

Lin its because of a build up of static that interferes with the signal

if just taking the scart out fails try a full mains reset, turn the box off at the wall, unplug scart and remove card, leave for a couple of mins put scart back in, switch on then when it asks for your card put it back in.

Sorry for being an ignoramous but what on earth is pixelation?

Works the same way Archie unplug the scart and the ariel leave off a couple of mins then put back in.

Helen Pixelation is where the screen distorts into little squares.

We had trouble and tried everything Arch.......got the man out and it happened mainly in windy weather.......turned out it was our tree in the back garden, when the wind blew up it would disturb the signal........felled the tree and no more problems....

.....this was the last resort - but it worked for us.....

We have it... but we are resigned... we are surrounded by trees that are HUGE... a dirty great big Pylon... the fanciest in the row.. 3 out of 5 cats fighting for sleeping space in the back of the unit...
We are assured that when it is all sorted and when we all go digital proper, it will be ok... but... we had only recently got it right with monologue!!

It was ok with Sky, but I am not paying all that money out for the three programmes a week I watch, lol!

We have go an TV with integrated Freeview which is perfect unless we put the CAM card in. I'm not sure if it is Setantas fault or the actual card. Setanta is perfect viewing, but all the other channels pixelate badly. So, CAM card stays out unless we want to watch Setanta.
