My OH has also been on warfarin for some time. We go away on a cruise every year and he has always been fine. Last year we went away to the Med on a cruise for 4 weeks and he `missed` 4 blood tests (he has them weekly) but was OK.
Hope you have a great holiday Derek.

Hi Derek,
My mum's been on Warfarin for a couple of years - and she lives in Portugal!!!
I think it can cause sun sensitivity in some people - but you just have to put some sun lotion on.
