Read in todays Mail."Huge Security Alert" over BT Broadband.Customers not told that "Wi-Fi" network is open to attack.so if you,ve got it ,Check it out. There is a flaw in the Home Hub Wireless Network Systems installed by them.Only the Latest Versions of the BT system are Safe from attack.**M**.

Merlin
This quite worrying. I usually get the Mail but didn't get it today.
Will follow this up with BT.
Thanks

Hi Merlin... yes, I found someone else playing happily on my line a couple of days ago.. I think I've sorted it now... but not sure how I did it! I pulled the plug on everything, changed passwords etc.... and there it was, gone!! They were no longer a part of my network... it can only have happened recently, too.

Love

I'm not the most technically gifted person but I thought that if someone had access to your wi-fi connection they could also get access to your computer. Hoping somone can clarify that for me.

Just a thought though....is your mother's maiden name on your tree and do you use it for any passwords? I'm sure you've got really nice neighbours and I'm not trying to worry you or anything, but you just never know
