oh god we give up with ours and got satellite instead! None of the boxes (and there were 3) in the house ever got full signals. I live near Jodrell Bank so not sure if they interfere. R u near any obstructions as i believe trees are popular culprits. x

The weather can affact freeview rreally badly. It's cloudy and windy here, so I know we wouldn't be getting a good signal if we still had Freeeview.

We only use our freeview box to watch channel 5 and freeview progs and for recording on dvd altho lately that hasn't been so good so o.h. has gone back to recording straight from tv without freeview on.
All a complete pain in the butt as far as I am concerned.

Big question is........

is your aerial/cabling up to it?

is it pointing in the optimum direction?.
my obvious direction would be towards Sandy Heath......but I get better reception from Waltham/Belmont..

or it may be that your box needs re initialising....

I did mine the other night after many stations were freezing
