How desperately sad for your friend J. May she take comfort that her Dad doesn't seem to have suffered a long time, if he was fine a few days ago. I hope she had the chance to talk with him about their past.

May he rest in peace now, and I hope J, knows they will be together again in the future.

Special thougths for your friend and her Dad, Gillian, how sad that she only just found him and now has to see him suffer like this. Hope he is more comfortable now and can be helped to stay with her a little longer, but free from pain.

hope her dad is made comfortable for the night, and is given help with pain

there was a reason she went and found him,
thankfully before he was too long in pain and discomfort

For my work mates Dad, he has Cancer and was fine yesterday really poorly in hospital tonight, she has only just found him, XX..
