They do Belly dancing just up the road from me at the community centre on a Monday or Tuesday night, have always wanted to go and join in. Its a ladies only.

apparently its very good exercise.

Oh dear Nanna Lynn do please be careful!

Before any exercise you should warm up your muscles and stretch them and the same when you have finished.

Well I've recently taken up Yoga nana Lynn - so your never too old to try something new....... but wont you need your belly pierced .....bleugh - the thought makes my blood run cold - I hate bellies lol
