and prays for my friend Val who has bowl cancer and today starts 5 days for 6 weeks Raiation and chemo,then 6weeks rest then opertion were she,ll have bag fitted,shes so scared ,so want us to give her support she only got married in july to my best friends son this has come as big shock not only to him but to Val
Val thinking of you and sending postive thoughts and prays

Positive thoughts for Val - I hope her husband is being supportive and still letting her know he loves her and thinks her attractive as this will dent her confidence hugely. I know of people who have had this op and have done fine since, but of course, the emotional side of things is as difficult to cope with as the treatments.
Will be thinking of her.

Hi Joyce, wish you would just say it's you as often I can't get to the phone in time and if you just start to leave your name, it gives me a few seconds more to get there, or I can ring you back. It only rings four times before the machine kicks in but I have to leave it on as we are in and out so might forget to switch it back on if I turn it off. They don't bite you know lol

just phone to see how Val was she didnt want to go today for her chemo shes in so much pain and shes on 5 morphine tablets aday,her hubby had to get her to go he said if you dont have the chemo you no what will happen and she Val replyed i dont go care,im realy worried about her

Oh bless her, hope she found the strength to get the chemo and will be able to continue the treatment and stay with her hubby and her family..

Hope you are ok too, Dutch, and not getting too stressed out so you make yourself ill again.
