As some of you know I`m starting a new temporary job on 9 th December , OH can`t get a job , we have a flat we rent out bought with his redundancy 12 years ago , today we got word from Agency that tenant is moving out on 6 th December-it`s OH`s only income as he doesn`t get unemployment benefit, Ros

Doubt it .The guy who was in took the flat cos he worked near by at the hospital so wonder if he`s lost his job as that unit is closing down, Ros xx

Oh Ros. This recession is gonna hit us all.
Mt mates son has the same problem.
He let out his 3bedroomed house and the girl who was renting it couldn't afford to keep it going as she is on her own with kids.
The agent handling it for him told him he need to up the rent by £150 a month as there isn't enough rental property around. That's ok if you're in the centre of town but out of town it's a bit much.

He told the agent he'll move back into it himself as he's planning on selling it when the property market picks up.

Have you considered DSS as at least you can get it let through them.

We have a very good agent who checks people thoroughly and it`s now advertised on the web.
