Yes i was going to get some tomoro and do that. I know when i had them in fridge befor always had nice smell in there, thing is i love eatting lemons. so think i better buy few of them.

But smell is not too bad now, Have put cheese in a box now, smell like it has die.

I love the cheese so cant put it in bin, as were so kind to think of me.

Kim and Aggie recommend slicing a lemon and leaving in the fridge.

white vinegar will kill germs and smells...

candles absorb smells too try lighting one in the room xxxx

Yes thats clean, dont have get down if i did manage to get down would take me hours to get up again.

But my fridge is on top of freezer. I know its just the beans as aprt from marg that was all i had in there.

i will keep cleaning it out with the bicarbonate. When i get more tomoro as only had bit left.

Thanks tho. could have been that hole. I know my daughters one needed cleaning. Can make it smell bad cant it.

Get some one to check the "Thermostat", If its working OK the stuff should,nt have gone off Especially the Marg,it may feel cold but meybe its not cold enough.

Is the little draining wotsit at the back of your fridge blocked? If you get on your hands and knees and peer inside at the back, you will see a small round opening. If this is blocked it can pong a bit. I clean mine with a cotton bud occasionally.

The othe thing to check is to pull the fridge out and look at the back at where the draining wotsit empties. There may be something trapped there. Happy hunting.

Take all the shelves out of the fridge and wash in hot soapy water.

While fridge is empty wash it with flash or something similar, then wash with clean warm water twice, (to clear any taint from flash)

Make sure the drainage hole is clear and clean too.

If that doesn't do it I don't know what will..

Did try that but think i will have to do it few more times. Will have to buy somemore tomoro.

Its the first time done that. Also my marg went off as well, frigde is getting cold so not that.

I may buy some lemons cut them and leave them in there for few days.

Thing is everytime open door it smell so much it stays in room, and being my frontroom and kitchen is open plan cant get away from it.

Tablespoon bicarbonate of soda in warm water - wash fridge out, dry - should be OK

I went away for 3 weeks and left a open tin of beams in the fridge

Now cant get rid of smell

Any ideas Please
