Oooh Stephen, your nose is growing. Your Gran indeed, just remember we were both born in the same year, so you have got to be 60 ish as well.
Adam Faith
The Beatles.
The Hollies.
The Carpenters.
Mungo Jerry.
The great Elvis Presley , and many more great groups from the 60's
I never was a Cliff Richards fan though. Sorry if that upsets anyone, each to their own choice music wise.

HOnest !

I was diving in the Red Sea when I was confronted by two Great White Sharks.

They circled me at a distance and gradually closed the gap.

Thinking fast and really not wanting to be eaten by these huge beasts.

I pulled out my Underwater Bagpipes and started playing a jig.

They were amazed and actually started dancing. This was fantastic.

I slowed the tune down and began to play a lullaby......they stopped dancing and gradually sank to the sea bed where they fell fast asleep.

This was my chance to escape to the surface and climb aboard the Dive Boat.

So thanks to my Underwater Bagpipes I am able to tell this tale today.

Stephen, I was shaken not stirred.

You did not have to be quite so vigorous trying to give me the Kiss of Life. :-0

So true that we are teetotal. Liquor does not touch my lips. It just goes down the back of my gullet. ;-)

George

MotownGal Report 26 Jul 2011 21:26

Hello George, do please call me Maddie, now that we have been formally inroduced. ;-)

I do like Motown music very much, and we have quite a collection of cds and records. We like Marvin Gaye, and Gladys Knight and Smokey Robinson in particular. No the usual rubbish that got into the charts, but mostly album tracks. I could bore for England on the subject.

No bad for an old lady of 93, eh?

PatriciaAnn

PatriciaAnn Report 26 Jul 2011 21:32

Maddie I like Tears of a Clown by Smokey Robinson.

MotownGal Report 26 Jul 2011 21:48

Nope sorry dont like Tears of a Clown, too commercial. Try listening to Ooh Baby Baby, and you will see what he is really all about.

George, as true as I am sitting here on this elephant, I am 93, just ask Auntie Motie, she will tell you.

Dont ask Foggy about me, he wont remember me, I just fade into the background. You can ask him if he has his bookmark still, though.
