I was wondering how Marilyn was when I went to bed last night. so your out today Linda shopping and spending all your Money lol

It is grey and miserable here as well today. makes you feel unwell when it is like that. I am one body of aches and pains this morning, another load of washing to be done this morning.

did anyone watch BBC 1 last night at 10.30 "My Hoader Mum and Me ?
My god how could a women live in a house like that the son had to clear the bed off to get into it at night and there was a narrow row down each room to walk down her kitchen goodness knows how she managed to cook a meal. the thing is I fell asleep at the last bit and wanted to know what happened they had stuck her hoard into a lock-up fopr two weeks to give her time to sort out what she would keep and she took most of it home again. I would like to know how it ended.

I'm here ...LOL

I got home about 6pm ....... I needed to go and see my brother about his daughter (my niece). she's is still hospitalized and not at all well, so I had to give him some support ,So didn't get back home until 11 o'clock last night.

The MRI scan went well,so glad of the sedation,but my goodness they want all forms filled in as though I was having a major operation.!! took three tablets to knock me out (Tamazepam )I thought they were going to put me to sleep for hours, but I woke up just before I was going to the MRI unit , the nurse said you'll be OK as your still dopey ..LOL
and they were right they also pushed me in backwards so I didn't see the bloody tube , and I wore a eye mask. 30mins inside.
Boy was I relieved when I got back to the ward, I was over the moon that I survived that bloody machine, what a baby I am.

So now its waiting time for the results ! it is all about my ear canal closing and consultant not sure if I have a growth behind
or overgrown bone behind the ear canal....I'll get the results after my holiday, don't want it before :-S

Dentist tomorrow......my god I'm falling to bits .

Glad you all thought about me , now that's what I call good friendship, even though its cyber

Morning everyone, I'm glad it well for you yesterday Marilyn, But your poor brother must be beside himself with worry, lets hope he gets some good news about your niece, and try not to worry about your results, just enjoy the Holiday.
We didn't here back from the viewers, but they did have others to see, so you never know.
I recorded the hoarder Rita, I have not watched it yet.

will you let me know when you do watch it, if the daughter managed to persude the Mum to get rid of the rubbish. if it had been my family they would have sneeked some out everytime they came and dumped it. I think the lady was from Cyprus ?. although the family had lived in this country all there lives.I thought good job she didnt want to go back there they would have need two great big containers for that lot.
lol I felt really sorry for the daughter. as it worried her.

I am glad it was not just me who fell asleep. I was wide awake watching it then I went off and woke with a start and had missed the last part. it is so annoying. I did that once when WDYTYA was on. and they showed it again a few months later and I did the same fell a sleep. I hope I dont drop off when tonights WDYTYA is on.

Anyway Agatha will tell us what the ending was. if she doesnt drop off to sleep.

I saw you bit on the thread of Matthews Shelly about the cemetery.
I PM him as I had friends in Norfolk with one of the names he was searching for in Norfolk..

Rita I missed WDYTYA ...was it good ? I did'nt enjoy Dot Cotton one, I thought is was too much about Britton and not about her direct ancestor. I have met her in Boots when I was promoting perfume she was in the toilets chatting to me, and she is so lovely , wanted to know what I was promoting she opened the new camera shop in Boots.

rita i can understand about paying a fee for cemeterys to do a lookup
but some of them go way over the top with what thay charge

most of my lot should be in east london manor park west ham and city of london cemetery but im not paying what thay asj for
thats why im alway in my local ones on the hope thay i find the names in my tree. the only one i have fint so fare is my great nanna alice jane field/nee lewis.and she is in a common grave

i now my grandad is in east london some were but i dont think there is a head stone any more that is if there was ever one


o well back to hospital apointmemts with son his first is next week
and he is not to happy and his been back out all day and yes he has neck is bike out as well

There is a thread on the board started by a Libby which I have kept going and informed people about last weeks WDYTYA it was June Brown (Dot Cotton ) from East Enders I was a bit disappointed with that one but a lot of people enjoyed it.
tonight is JK Rowlings so I hope that will be more intertesting, to those of us who didnt like last weeks. yes it is BBC 1 at 9 o'clock.

Shelly sorry I missed your remarks. they do charge alot of money for a search in some of the cemeteries when my sister and I was looking for our cousin Ronnies grave he took us to it. . it was buried in deep grass.but they have cut the grass now all around and dug up some of the paths to bury people in.but Ronnie died in 1934.his head stone was a big angle and it was hit by bits of a bomb during the war and the wing was blown off.
