Hi all you others hope you have a nice day too.it is sunny here but still cold. I have to dp some shopping early as the window men are coming and I also have to make a call and hope I can get a car to take me to St Lukes hospital at Guildford on Tuesday for my scan results. and hope I dont have t go back on treatment just yet but you can never tell.?

going to do my bit of toast now and have a beaker of tea.

Mo no not Israel Sheila went to China for three weeks her next trip in June will be to viisit her sons grave in Italy Peter died 30 years ago while visiting his Grandparent in Italy he was 21 . and is buried with his Grandparents . my nephew is coming over from the States to go withhis mother . such a sad time for her. and him.

Well I was out most of yesterday I had dinner at my sisters.

Now I'm fed up !!! been up my friends tree toooooo long and I want to come downnnnnnnnnnn.

Poor Shelly has worked so hard ......now isn't she LOVELY and KIND to ME ???

I have got to sort out all these documents that Shelly has dug up !!
trouble is this man we are tracing is a REAL STUD and Children are coming from NOWHERE ....LOL

So I'll be a bit quiet for a while until Ive sorted everything.
Mind the weather is a bit dull so just as well staying in doors today.

Can someone please make me some cups of teas every now and again and then maybe a few glasses of wine tonight !! thank you...

Ladies I had a phone call this morning from the Glass company saying they were so sorry but they cannot come today they have three vans and one has broken down so they have cancelled some of the jobs they will come to me tomorrow instead and their will be two men in my van. I am so lucky. lol
I was thinking afterwards what excuse could they have had in the older days when they didnt have vans and cars only horse and carts sorry the horse has broken his leg so I cannot come tomorrow. lol
I have the homelink people coming next thursday (not tomorrow ) to fit an outside door key safe for me. and I managed to get transport to the hospital for next week so that another good result.
.Shelly you are a good girl doing all this for Marilyn she just said so. Marilyn no I cannot supply you with tea my feet are killing me today so it is a case of sitting with my feet up. and wait for you to make that tea and I will have a jam doughnut with mine please.

Hi Ladies
So many are busy at the moment. Shelly and Marilyn up trees possibly with Lady too. Pauline dashing all over the place. Rita with so many hospital and Dr apts. Then she has her "men " comiong tomorrow.

Well the 2 littles are sleeping now. Have been and done the banking in the village this morning. 3 different banks how silly and I still have one more bill topay at my own bank but will have to go to town for that, no branch here.

Tomorrow will be voting and hubby off for his fasting blood test. He's just left for work. Home before midnight !!

Enjoy the afternoon. I have to try to cut the grass when Little M has gone home around 5:30

Renewed my GR membership at the weekend, my Ancestry runs out in June, I got it on Special offer last year so I'll have to pay the full price this time so I don't know if to renew or not

I am glad we only deal with one bank Linda. It would drive me potty to have to go from one branch to another. Mind you we do have to travel to our building society branch,but our main bank is very local to us.
Roly has to do the fasting test every six months,for his cholesterol. But he gets to the surgery very early for it,so that he can get his breakfast as soon as possible.
Hi Yvonne,pleased that you renewed your membership,thankfully we wont lose contact with you.
We do the postal vote as well. It's handy if it's bad weather on polling day.

I've ordered another bedroom carpet today because my new one had a line fault on it. The shop replaced it 2 weeks ago but the replacement had the same fault on it. I've ordered one from a different manufacturer this time.

I'll make a cuppa for everyone else because Shelly only made one for Marilyn.

I had a carpet with a (water mark) well that's what they called it and it got changed was only down a few hours when the carpet man noticed it , thank god ..

I have just been stung by a ruddy great bumble bee I was lifting my compost bag from the gravel in my drive and the little Big bugger was under it and when I lifted it up to pour into the pot ....it STUNG me .. so ran into the house and made Pete suck it out ..... and its still sting MEEEEEEEEEE.

They only go for sweet meat Marilyn. Have you put vinegar on it. That was my mum's remedy for stings. Mind you,you smell like a bag off chips afterwards.
Have you got any antihistamine tablets,as they deffo help.

Mo, I must be a 'one trick pony' because I can't make it do it again - my magic's all gone.

It wasn't the drink, because I haven't started on that yet.

Marilyn I don't know what's going on with the carpet but I'm not having it again - even though I liked it. Someone came out to inspect it and he didn't know what was going on with it either.

Just waiting for it to swell up....as I can still feel it stinging ,,,hubby said he's sure its been sucked out ....Hmmmmm I'm not so sure..

Anyway I have smashed the blighter to bits !!!! he wont be buzzing anymore.

I stood on one of those big bumble bees (with my bare foot) last summer, little swine stung my foot, took me ages to get the sting out. Don't know how it still managed to sting me, with it being all squished under my foot.
