I have just read your update on Jeans Thread......I have come to the conclusion that the NEWS OF THE WORLD would be very interested in this wedding !!! LOL.
Think it will make a LOT of money for all of you ....its nail biting stuff !!!!!!!!!

There is a lot to be said about going and having a quiet wedding somewhere in some remote island........why cant they do
that ???
Save a lot of money Liz .....and hassle .

I washed all the bathroom mats this morning though it rained overnight the weather seems like today will be the best for a few to come. We are off to a country show on Thursday taking Little M with us, but the forecast is wet and rain ugh!!

Went for a nice walk yesterday with my eldest and her lurcher(dog) over Windsor Great Park.

Ironing all done upto date for now. Nearly finished the latest cardigan. Done a little research. Will be off to do some more in a minute.

I have been to the Norfolk broads today.....Pete father used to take him there as a little boy ..Awwwhhhh.
So we had to go back again so he could see the windmills !!

Hubby has just got in from work. They has probs with a plane, but managed to get it away. It is pouring with rain, he got soaked running from the van to where his car was parked and he didn't even dry off in the car with the heat on full on the drive home.

All the 'hot' stuff is on the hot trolley to keep it warm.

What's worn under my kilt? Nothing! It's all in good working order!!!!
The sporran is used to carry money and things like a handkerchief. The knife you see at the top of the right sock is a 'Skean Dubh' or translated this means Black Knife. The Skean Dubh is very precious to a Scot. Some are made from silver and decorated on the top with a piece of antler and this is mounted with a precious or semi precious stone.

Seriously though. Most folk were boxer shorts. Purely in the interests of decency and hygiene. The only exception are Scottish Soldiers.....they do NOT wear anything. And thats a fact.

There is a photo going around of a Scottish Soldier sitting next to HM the Queen and is clearly showing that he is wearing nothing underneath.. The Queen has a big smile on her face....wonder why.

ok off to get ready i have a shoping day today

well I have been and had my scan done I was asked had i had one before I said every three months for the past two years. I did not feel right this time I seem to be in there along time under the polo mint. when I came out of the room I felt giddy and sat down a sister came along and said are you all right love I go and get you a cup of tea. I told no I just want to get home. I was then feeling really strange I had pains in my neck and my chest. didnt say any thing incase they wanted to keep me there. I still feel odd I have a headache and pain in my chest but it is going off now.
This the first time I have this feeling I have to wait two weeks then phone the cancer hospital for an appiointment for my results i shall tell them .It could be the idione injections they give me.

when I was small I wore a McCallum Kilt one day and a Campbell another.to keep the peace in the family
. The males wore nothing under their Kilts in the Army.

Usually every band they put on me in hospital warns every medical staff of this

Hope it passes , if I was given Iodine I blow up , everything swells , not nice at all.

Hiya all.
Shelly our darts season starts again in October, thank god. I am getting out of practise.

I am out of practise having an 18 year old around. She is such a nice kid, but apart from going out spending money, I don't know how to keep her entertained.
She is spending a lot of time on her lappy, or watching t.v. Her boyfriend
has been here most of the time with her.
They were supposed to be riding over to his house this evening, they were gone about fifteen minutes,and they were back.
At the moment they are up in her room.. Ahhh my ears are listening out for any strange sounds. You never know, I may learn something. lol
