Mo in Kent Report 30 Dec 2010 18:47

Pat, our chinese does do chips, but they make the really thick ones, and they are very greasy, so I tend not to buy them from there.

Huh, you'll have a job getting my After Eights Stephen, but I have got some
Mint Matchmakers if you want some.
I must get the cat out to keep watch for intruders..... especially those who's names begin with an S. She can spit and scratch dont ya know Stephen.
She's jet black in colour, so you wont see her creeping up on you. lol

Stephen2009 Report 30 Dec 2010 18:58

Patricia,

I have been known to do raids by broomstick on unsuspecting victims.

Chocolates like Roses and various other brands mysteriously disappear
overnight...........beware !

You must have seen the 'Milk Tray' Advert.....well I'm the reverse of that. I take...not leave.

PatriciaAnn Report 30 Dec 2010 19:01

Vampires give me a pain in the neck.

They are blood-suckers just like HMRC.

PatriciaAnn

PatriciaAnn Report 30 Dec 2010 19:11

Edward from the Twilight Trilogy was a Vampire but he was a bit of alright!
A bit strange though -cold to the touch. I never saw the films-just read the books.

BOOKS

If you have any First Editions lying around I'll have them as well.

Non Fiction prefeably. Perhaps History. That'll do nicely.

Stephen2009

Stephen2009 Report 30 Dec 2010 19:15

She who must be obeyed has summoned me to the table for tea.

PatriciaAnn

PatriciaAnn Report 30 Dec 2010 19:15

Stephen2009

Stephen2009 Report 30 Dec 2010 19:54

Patricia,

I had a Book Token £25.00, that I've had for four years. Treated myself to a book for Christmas £27.50.
It's about the Cairngorm Mountains and the development of climbing there over the last 100 years............Boring.........not on your life.......I recognised and knew so many folk mentioned in the book I could hardly put it down.
It gives so much more meaning to owning it. Great

Stephen2009

Stephen2009 Report 30 Dec 2010 19:56

PS.

I should say I am referring to the years 1960 to 1980.....not the earlier part of the book. LOL
