So no excuse...get knitting..LOL

I'm off to bed now ....all because Pete needs me with him LOL

He's still got man flu, and very, very poorly...........well he thinks he is ...!

I'll have to find more needles for you when I finally get under the petticoats and wedding dress.
The spare bedroom is full with all the bits and pieces.

Cousin is here safe and sound, though she and hubby had probs meeting in T5, even though he works there !!! Different area as he is what is known as airside??
She has just gone to bed as it has been a long day with little rest last night, a child next to her who didn't know what sleep was.

Glad all is OK with son, fiance and the baby. Wishing that the rest of her pregnancy is uneventful.

Mo that is good news about you coming DIL and the baby what a worry that must have been for them. get those needles out and start knitting it is unlucky to buy a new pram before the birth and bring it home everything else is ok. I had a letter from my friend in Whitehaven Cumbria this morning she lives in Flookburgh Cumbria but had been staying in White heaven she was going on holiday from there I am praying she is not there now or was one of those hurt.
I got a letter well an invitation from Goldsworth Care. the people l use to take me to and from the hospitals they have invited me to a Strawberry tea party on 15th June. they invite all those they transport to and from the hospitals. they do shopping and collect perscriptions for you as well if your ill. so that was a nice surprise.

Of course we can have a name guessing game Marilyn. But at this stage,it's ages away from the birth. She's not due till the mid to end off January.
But when we get nearer,we can guess the name,sex,and weight off baby.
I wanted to buy knitting wool and a pattern today,but Roly said it's to soon,we could be tempting fate.
It's not like I would have given them the cardigans just yet anyway.
Honest MEN they know it all dont they. LOL

Good news then Mo, well done to Daughter in law & Son....& Baby..

Hi everyone.
Good news about the baby,the scan showed she is 6weeks 3days pregnant,and it's NOT ectopic. The woman who did the scan was fuming,she said the doctor did not know what he was talking about, and that the pains she has been having are caused by wind.
Phew thank god for that. They were both in such a state with worry. My son had been in tears, so not like him. But because they are happy,I am happy for them and will help in any way I can.
Apart from getting up during the night,and doing their housework.
I learnt my lesson the hard way there. LOL
