I have had my hair highlighted.......and I'm sure its knocked a few years off of me, well I think so, now a bit of weight loss and I'll be a barbie doll ..LOL

I think it was a dodgy light near a smoke alarm.

yes pauline i was serprise as well and daughter i can only take her word that she has been good as there is no one with her to keep check
not like me i have the other daughter with me 24/7

but thats why i have to now stick to my diet as i think iv been on a see it and eat it one LOL

im begining to feel the waight iv put on all of that 6lb i lost so now im back to 13 stone

only my Willesden Family History Magazine arrived this morning and there is an article on Dr Rex Walford OBE he was a member of our family History Society.

It is reported that Rex was drowned when a boat in which he was travelling along the Thames capsized on 2/1/2011 Rex a former head of Cambridge Universitys education department will be missed. R I P

I was not sure if I had the right university of your friend I think you said he was now a deputy in Reading Universtiy but I may have got it wrong.

That was the quickest I have been in and out on an appointment at The Royal Surrey Hospital. we arrived half and hour early as I had to go and get three lots of blood samples done. then we went injto the waiting room within 10 minutes Professor Pandha called me in . he looked through my file and said dont worry you missed the scan Rita I will arrang another one to be done before I see you again in three months time September
He said I had been stable for the last five scans so I sjh0ould not worry unless I had any pain then to contact him right away. then I was out and my son said youve been quick no traffic on the road so it took us 25 minutes to get home.
so I am pleased with myself.

She was middle aged when she married Joseph Barr IF you think you have her birth correct.....so me thinks she was married before ...... :-S

How no doctor could ever have turned a blind eye on him I'll never know ,If it was not for that program he would still have that huge weight to carry around with him ....poor man.

Shelly, you must have a lot of will power to be able to give up smoking as quickly as that........... did your daughter do as well as you did? I've never smoked but I've seen other people struggle to give it up.
