Not a nice day today, cool, overcast and trying to rain when I went to get the washing in. Just need to iron it now.
Managed to clean all the kitchen and wassh the floor while hubby was at work.
Did more knitting too.

Shelly..... if your going to have that beef cold ,best not to cook it slow, as it may well fall apart ,so you wont be able to slice it for cold meat, Cook it 20mins to the lb wrapped in foil .then let it stand for as long as you can before you slice it.

I am having fun and games again with GR site this morning I had to sign in when I opened my emails and sign in again when I went onto the interent. and trying to get the chat thread to open is a nightmare.

we have a grey old day as well not a bit of blue in the sky and it is rather cool as well.

I just had a cup of tea and two small slices of toast I didnt feel very hungry.

Linda I got mixed up with the Broadmoor I was getting mixed up with Shenly the mental hospital I didnt realise you lived so near to Broadmoor.I thoughtit was in the opposite direction.

The Breakfast Cook is on Holiday this weekend. Hope Jean has found a nice spot.

Bright and Blowy here this morning.

We're having our two lovely Grand-daughters to stay tonight. Eilidh and Darcey have a ball when they come here. Loads of treats and Irn-Bru. And they get totally spoiled. Although they don't live far from us having them here is a novelty. We are sure to get a Cabaret Act from the two of them.
I love them to bits and I hope I'm still around to see them Graduate from University......and ......... see them get married.

Mrs Stephen rolled in late last night from her Dinner out with friends. She strolled into the bedroom and I could have swore she said 'I'm needing some sex' but what she actually said was.......'I'm needing some tacks'
Well....I can but live in hope and anticipation ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-)

What the heck she wanted tacks for at that time of night is anyones guess.

when I click onto another thread I get a black screen and a message comes on telling me to send a message to someone the last was to Posh Pixey then I click on and back comes a blank screen the only way I can get back on is the two blue arrows at the top.

i pick up the cake today im not that keen on it as i think the cross is way to big but that is what my girls ask for but apart from that the dimonds look nice

My son just sent me an email by his Ipod he said the consultant just came around and checked on him. and said Mike your looking good much better now than this morning., One of the nurses told him the same thing so that has given him an uplift.

Earlier on I was in this block on my own the Estate Mnager told me she was off till Tuesday Morning and went off in a taxi. the man in the other flat went off to paris to his daughters till Wednesday. and the old couple went off to bingo with their nephew they have just arrived back,

I felt like a Housekeeper.
