Stevey ...I have to blame my mother for that Blanky...
She must have swaddled me in blankets when I was a baby.... I got cold BLOOD but a WARM <3...!
My twin sister is just the opposite and sleeps with just a sheet :S... but Pete has to suffer just a teeny weeny bit , but I go in first to bed then give him 10min its not so hot for him ......by then I'm roasting very well ! LOL

NOTHING will ever be exchanged for my blanky :P

Its rather dull here today ,but we are off this morning so Pete got his way ! but I have not packed my blanky Ughhh hope the hotel has one ..LOL

Jean thanks for the breckies... I hope scarlet gets better.

This Monday isn't so bad because it's a bank holiday coming up :-)

got one hell of a bizzy week this week

hope baby scarlett is a lot better today

and i think ill have to start my diet propley after this week
and marilyn i still have not has any fags its 3 weeks now
and my house is a non smokeing house now

Stephen you could send Marilyn "Fluffy Paws". That should keep her warm ;-)

Lets have whip round and buy Marilyn something to replace that Electric Blanket with.......

Any suggestions ?

so keep talking to her, she will know your there.

overcast today but there is no wind yet.so everything is calm.

off to the hospital to see the consultan this morning at 11.15 my 8 monthly check-up..for my eyes.

Sun is out, skies are blue and it's not blowing a gale. It better stay like that too as I'm taking my mother to the garden centre this morning.
Stephen I hope Madge is as comfortable as can be expected. They say hearing is the last sense to leave us so I'm sure she will be expecting plenty of cheek from you.
Jean I hope little Scarlett will soon be well again, it's awful when little ones are not themselves.
Marilyn what on earth are you still using an electric blanket for? :S

Dull and wet here just now.....no wind......YET.......this will be the calm before the storm.

Going to see our friend , Madge, again today. She is heavily sedated and is not communicating at all. Still I'll give her a load of cheek as usual....that's what she expects from me.......you never know it might raise a smile

Dont know where the last few days went, Scarlett has been a bit poorly so the days all seemed to merge into one, I had forgotten how a baby being ill takes over everything.
Breakfast is ready if you are hungry.
Cereal, porridge or fruit.

Bacon, eggs, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and hash browns.
all on hotplate.

Hot rolls, toast or waffles.
jam or honey.

Tea, coffee or juice.

Hope all our 'poorly' friends are feeling better, will catch up with all the news later.

I have had a lovely roast at my sisters, now home and looking at my mail then off to beddy bye's....knackered

Well washing certainly blew dry here today. Unfortunately it has also taken some of the larger plants too. I have just battled with my climbing rose Golden Showers. It was almost to the ground but I managed to get 3 lots of string back to the trellis. Hope it holds til hubby can help in the morning. We tried to do it at lunchtime before work, but there was a sudden downpour. Boy did we get wet.
Most of the ironing done.
Just need to vacuum and get ready for the morning.
I have Antiques Roadshow on Yesterday not much else to take my interest.
