I am told to leave the scan but to attend the hospital on the7th get the blood tests done and tell the hospital what happened about the scan, then they will make another one for me.
so I will do that. I have to phone them as an emergency if I get any pain.
I have so many appointments listed I will find it hard to fit anything else in.lol
Marilyn when will you know when Pete is coming out, maybe they will keep him in one day extra ?
I dont know how my Ryan has got on his mother is with him at the hospital in London and his father is with the other two children.

Thank you Pauline for reporting the failing of the voting system. I even joined face book, but it still wont let me vote even going through there.
So it looks like all the late joiners, are going to dip out on the votes, and that does seem unfair to me.

Cath if Stephen was around, he would have advised you to have a hot toddy, to make you feel better.

Rita, here we go again, they really do mess your appointments up don't they. Surely they must know that you need your CT scan done, as soon as possible in readiness for seeing the specialist.
It seems like couldn't run a P up in a brewery.

I hope that Maddie and Pat are enjoying their day at work, and not working to hard. Never mind it will soon be a bank holiday weekend, and you can catch up on your rest.

just telephone the hospital about my CT scan no appointment has come through only to be told I am not down the list. so I have phoned The Royal Surrey I am waiting for a return call. this has thrown my appointments into disaray as I am booked on 23rd eye hospital 25th dentist for fillings I am suppose to have the CT done every three months and see the consultant 10 days afterwards that would be 7th well I am away on 13th till 19th on holiday ( a short break ).

I hope Petes op is going well.

Well done Pauline ...you sorted the baby votes for us , I'm not on Facebook so wont be able to vote.
But having said that how are they going to judge it as already lots of votes have gone through the way they have a suggested ALREADY....so it will not be fair game anyway !.

Last week it came to our attention that people were using the manual voting registration form to spam entries and cheat the system. It was posing a risk to the site so we took the decision to remove it.

Sadly there is no other way to vote unless you are a Facebook user.

A croaky good morning to all,
I've just got up! Got up at 5.30 to go to work but felt terrible so went back to bed. My joints are aching something awful and I had a thumping headache as well as the sore throat and high temperature. At least the headache has gone now.
Marilyn I hope all goes well for Pete and he recovers quickly.
Rita, am thinking of little Ryan and hope he will soon be well and back to himself.

I live in Cambridgeshire but my mum was born in Nordelph as was her mum and although her mum brought her up she knows little about her as she was very secretive, and thats why I am researching the george family, George being my grandmother's maiden name.
I go into hospital every now and again and I like my home comforts, so let pete take his old slippers, they will make him feel at home.

I hope things go well for Pete. and remember when he comes out he will need a lot of nursing back to health. the operation may be small but the recover takes longer. Good Luck Pete.


My great grandson Ryan has his operation today to removing the bag and catuthter poor little mite , he is so worried. he is only 7 but has been though so much, his sister Megan is due to have her operation very shortly.

Pete goes in to hospital tomorrow morning for his op. and already he wants sympathy , I've washed his dressing gown and got all his smelly's but he wants to take his scruffy old slippers with him, I'm trying to get him to take his flip flops , but NO got to have his Scruffy old slippers !! ughh MEN
He's only going in for a day Key hole op , but the Consultant said if they have to open up then he would have to stay overnight.

Maddie,...... I've forgotten what its like going to work, I must say I loved my job ,but cant say I could do it now.

just got up and my down stars loo looks like some think out of a horra film

so fare all kids even the baby have manige to chuck there guts up in a bucket or down the loo

The wrinkles do hurt when you try and iron them out unless they are on material.
