	o my god sally you look ever so young pat and mo 1) go in to my accounts 2) enter your password 3) see were it says Change Clear now click on change this will open a white box 4) click find files (this will then open the files on your PC now get a pitcher from were ever you have save one to 5) click open and this should now put your photo in the white box now click send now with a little luck you should have a profile pitcher
