	The Saga of a limb. Not yet ready for a Highland Fling but i have gone from being totally rigid on my left leg to being able to have some movement. I will now take a bit of gentle exercise aimed specifically at building up my circulation and muscle tone. Hope you all liked Dave the Kilted Biker. Almost tea time......I'm starving......fading away to a mountain. ROFL :-)

	Shelly how about Tin Salmon mixed with salad cream...yum yum . And fish fingers in sandwich my grand kids love em ... Old fashion Sandwich spread HEINZ with Ham ... I bought a £5 box of sweet cakes from Iceland including doughnuts . profiteroles ans sliced Swiss rolls and everything went in 20mins at the wedding party last week ..LOL Just a few tips.... :D Aww ...we got our little legs ..... <3

	Hi Shelly. Well she's a dam site better than my Grt Grandma. she was bald and 4ft nothing !! She had to stand on a wooden stool when looking in cupboards , and my brother has been handed down that very stool ...... and she swore like a trooper !!She used to feed the American troops when they were in Plymouth and one of them gave her a beautiful decorative Vase that my brother also inherited , don't know what was in my mothers thinking as there was 4 of us , so I suppose we dipped out as he was the only son.... Yvonne ,,,never thought it would be a wine glass :D LOL

	Yvonne where are your Wilson's from? My hubby's family initially were from Derbyshire but went to India. Sunny still and washing should be dry. The nurse diagnosed Tendonitis, I have anti inflamatory tablets and if no improvement in a couple of weeks to go back as I might need something stronger, an injection or physio. Enjoy the afternoon Linda :-) <3
