Thank goodness the doctor realised you have an ear infection, and has given you anti-biotics. Thats probably why the tinnitus was so bad.

mo i havent see a red band but then a gen i havent loook for one

the old ones i took down i also put them up and thay was up for the last 13 years

im going to take the light back to the shop and get another one
maybe it was not working for for i drop it

i was going to take the other one down and swop it with the one from the other end but it was geting late and it all to fiddly

O and i put the 2 lights up in the liveing room when we moved her and there fine

I have been out today with my sister to Guildford we went out for lunch my ear seems a bit better today it is not so harsh a noise just a gentle rushing noise.I hope it continues to improve.it is not so red hot and sore

we maybe going to Portsmouth for the day tomorrow my sister said it would do us good we can get there in 1 hour and 15 minutes by train just to spend a few hours there..
but a lot depends how I am tomorrow.
