morning everyone. it is nice here Stephen and quiet warm.
no cenes book has arrived yet.?

Thank you Stephen for the emails you helped alot. I was feely really down in the dumps. no Olive is being used Lol it has eased a bit today.

I had a good nights sleep as the doctor gave me some sleeping pills I slept through the night.. it made me feel so much better.

To my friends I went to the doctors and had tests done my blood pressure was up and my heart rate was a bit fast he said the tinnitues was made worse by my ears being with wax so I have olive oil and have to use that to weaken the wax then next week I can have my ears syrigned that should do the trick my ear is still whistling like made , but I am pininmg my hopes on the syringeing of the ears to stop the noise being so bad.
time will tell I have to have a blood test done on 25th as well.
they are all after my blood.

Early start again.....mornings are my best time. Battery fully charged and all systems go. But like any old motor I need to be handled gently. ROFL

And like a motor I even have a 'spare tyre'.

very lean bacon, poached or scrambled eggs, mushrooms, all on hotplate.

Toast and hot rolls, marmalade or honey.

Cant be both the same.....it would not work its the reason we are still together after 45yrs......

Bless my Pete, he'll eat anything I give him ...cheap to feed & cheap to keep...LOL

Going out now for a cheap meal, saving money for that bottle of perfume I have my eye on ...LOL

I'm already trimmed as my power walk has done the trick.....

Tanned all over as well......so i'm waiting to be crowned and hope sash awaits !!


Pete has a fetish for lappy's,watches and little bags that he can put gadgets in,

I sometimes wonder if he's sick ...LOL

But he likes cheap things and the £ & Dollar shop is his favourite shop !!
