Gpod Evening All.

Dark and cold outside. Lots of heat and hot air inside. Football on the tv, lots of oooohing and aaaarhing and general screaming. lol.

So I have missed something while I have been a misery guts with my coughing.

So who is Patricia's sister. I think Mo said something about it earlier on.

Doting Mo doing here Nanny bit. How lovely for you to have a new baby. Bless her.

Rita and Patricia both going to Sandown this year. It really is a lovely Island, but nothing like it was 30 years ago. Never mind, go and play minature golf on the Green, and go down the slide next door. lol

Sees ya later.

Evening all.
Of course we missed you Dermot, you are one of us now. The mad gang.

Stephen, are you saying we are getting old, because we are a load of jerks.LOL My hands are shaking now, in fear and terror of old age. When I get there I will let you know how it feels.

It's oh so peaceful here now.We have had the new mummy and daddy here for most of the day.
The midwife called on them early this morning, and will not be back again until Friday. She is very pleased with both mum and baby.

S. is in for a lovely surprise tomorrow, her Gran and Granpa, are coming down from Scotland for ten days, and she has no idea they are coming.
It's been secret squirrel here, son and us talking in riddles so that she doesn't catch on to what we are talking about.
She was bought up by her grandparents, so they are more like mum and dad to her, bless her.

I cooked Chinese for all of us, and fortunately mummy has now got her apetite back, and was able to enjoy her food.
All the while she was pregnant ,she was unable to eat very much, because she was so sickly throughout it.
No wonder baby is not a good feeder.
She is now on 2oz of milk 4 hourly, thank goodness.
I know this is uninteresting, to both of our menfolk, so I apologise.

Oooh Pat, so we have a celebrity's sister amongst us now. Was your sister, doing the publicity, for a large company.
Do tell us, all this excitement is getting to me now. ( Saddo thats me )

Marilyn should be back home tomorrow. She's staying at friends tonight I believe.
I hope they have had a comfortable flight home.

My confidence has been boosted! I cannot remember the last time 'anyone' ever said they missed me. Boring old sod - that's me!

Lady I was wondering where you had got too, it seem ages since you were on here ?

Linda I have got rid of my snuffles I think it might have been the rain that did it , as the dampness can affect you and it often does me .makes me a ache all over,

Hi Pauline I was wondering where Dermot was he must be having a rest.or thinking up some more of his sayings,

I'm always up early Stephen but most days I don't have time to come on here. Son isn't making any demands of me today, he seems quite happy to wait for me to do it in my own time.

Better not make him wait too long though, I'll log off now.

Edit: Anybody seen Dermot? Don't think he was on the boards yesterday.

Stephen2009

Stephen2009 Report 19 Jan 2011 06:51

Morning Pauline,

What you up so early for ? Thanks for the Coffee.

Porridge or Cereals, Poached Eggs or Scrambled, Bacon Rolls. Toast.

Overcast and dull. Mild.

Getting ready for another busy time at the office. I really should stop working but I do enjoy it and also many of my friends that stopped working have now departed this earthly life. Perhaps theres a message in that somewhere.

It's getting lighter gradually and that makes the journey more pleasant.

The snow has virtually gone totally from our local hills, still a good deal lying in the North facing gullys and hollows though. One of neighbours sheds collapsed with the weight of the snow that was on it. It was a large building but unforunately the roof timbers could not cope with the weight.

Keep safe. Keep warm. Keep smiling.

Hey Ho ! Off I go.

Mo, little Lilly is gorgeous, and by the expression on her face............... she knows it.

I bet you're all fighting to cuddle her. You'd have to get past me first if I was there.

Yep Shelly, thats tradition in Scotland. I asked if they were going to give her any other christian names and they have said no, just Lilly then mums surname and our surname.

Stephen it's flying through the air as we speak.
