Marilyn I recall those beehive hair do's I think they were round about the time of the Beatles wern't they? I know when the home perms came in my young son wanted his done. I did it the stuff you had to pat onto the curl stunk the place out . his father went mad when he came in because of the smell of the perm. when I had finished it look the tops he was so pleased some of his friends asked me to do theirs. I said it wil have to be the afternoon because his dad did not like the smell.of the perm.

Hi Everyone,

Been out FOOD shopping, just about saw everyone that I had not seen over the Christmas and stood yapping for next Christmas ..LOL

Now I'm all behind with getting a descent dinner cooked for us, thought I'd do Chicken & Leek casserole.
I have already put a stew on for tomorrow in the slow cooker , as I have visitors coming for afternoon tea.....they CANT have my stew though ..LOL they might be able to smell it though !! ......I have got little pizza pies & mince Pies with Devon cream for them ....

Pete goes to see his GP tomorrow to see about a Gall bladder Op, and to see if he's allowed to travel as we are booked to go to Cyprus.next week. Gosh my friends will be devastated if we cant go .....oh well we will have to wait and see.
