Just had the result of the inquest. It was cot death not suffocation. Hopefully that will give Emma some comfort that it was not her fault.

I.m glad that cot death was the finding of tthe inquest.
It is still so sad,but a comfort to know that there is no blame.
This happened to one of my daughter's identical twins,20 years ago now,and the guilt still remained even though he was in one end of the twin pram and they'd been out to celebrate their elder brother's 7th birthday.
I hope Emma can find some comfort. He will never be forgotten.

Dear Ann - my heart still goes out to Emma, the shock and pain is so difficult, I hope the verdict will give her some peace now.

She is coping fairly well. She couldn't make herself move back to her flat so she is living in a hostel just round the corner from her Mum. It is a bit stressful for he as her older sister is pregnant. But I think she is pleased for he as Leila had a late miscarriage with her fist baby (she, Leila was only 18 then too.)

Yes Ann. I do remember the loss of poor little Ajay.

It is sad that Emma has had to wait this long to find out why she lost her precious baby, but I hope this will help her to move on, and wish her well for the future, and also her sister Leila.

Jude Emma is my Gt Niece. Ajay was my sister's Gt grandson, my Gt Gt nephew. I had not met him as they live in London but had seen photos and he was gorgeous, he was 6 months old.
