The one I have of my big brother. Grumpy look and all.

Hi, Lesley. I have two favourite photos. One is a photo of my paternal great grandparents surrounded by their family including my 3 year old grandfather sitting on his daddy's knee. The other is a picture of my paternal grandparents that I've just recently received from my uncle. My gran is pregnant with my father in the photo. My gran died when dad was only 10 so it's very precious - especially as my dad has passed away. My uncle is the last of that family.

~~~waves to Broggy and Sue~~~~
I've just been looking through some old and fairly new photographs. So much I have forgotten!
I was thinking of that brave Australian guy whose house had burned down destroying everything (apart from his dog that he rescued). He mentioned on the clip that he'd lost photographs of his grandparents. After family, friends and pets, my photographs are my most precious possessions.
I'm lucky. I have had some great hot matches on here and have been sent some wonderful photos. I sometimes wonder how there can be such a family resemblance between people who have never met and never knew about each other. My second cousin who I met through GR and recently visited is so like my father and grandfather. He even has the same mannerisms and he knew nothing about Dad.
I suppose I should say its the one of my grandfather, sent to me by my cousin but I guess I can narrow it down to two. One of my great grandmother from the same cousin and one of my grandfathers eldest brother with his family at his daughters confirmation.
I only wish I could identify all the people in it.
