Dawnie, I don't think you ever come across as lazy. Well done for doing more physio yesterday, I know I don't get enough exercise now, it's a vicious circle as I can't walk as well as I used to and so the weight piles on then it makes walking even harder and sitting on here and in front of the tv doesn't help

I think I lost a couple of pounds the week I had my wee problem, up and down the stairs so often the carpet is getting thin lol

Take care and good luck with the pain clinic.

thank you folks
I am a real lazy person and need a kick up the backside to get going.

Shame Lissy has to have college on a Wed afternoon now as she made me go swimming with her which helped but since Steve hasnt been working because I have been so tired he has done the school runs so I havent even had that to keep me moving.

Deanna you are doing well and dont let anyone tell you any different you have more than me to put up with.

roll on next week when I go to pain clinic as if can control that better sure i will feel so much better.

Well done Dawn...
I too know about mountains (I am one! ha ha)
Seriously sometimes just getting out of bed in the morning is a really difficult job for me.
AND we are retired.
I don't know how you manage with a husband working and three young ones to care for.
You need a medal love.... but it wouldn't help you would it you would still be in pain.
Keep up the good work love.

Had physio this morning and I have really been struggling lately with fatigue and pain so havent done all my exercises. Last time was really bad and could only managed 3 mins on bike and a couple of mins on rowing machine.

Today managed 5 mins on bike and 3 mins on the cross trainer even though was in pain but I managed it.

Not a lot to most people but thats a mountain to me. I am so chuffed and he was pleased as well and said I was a lot brghter than last time which is also a plus.

Got a crutch now as am having problems with one of my hands so am trying them see if it helps at least with them can use my left hand to hold it with rather than my right which my stick is designed for.
