shame you didnt find what you wanted, was it a particular family history society? Did you know that in may there is a fair at Barbican in London (long trip for you i know melvyn) where i think lots of the family history soieties will be?

a good tip for futures shows is look at the show website to see if the society you want to see are going to be there, if the website doesnt say then either email the sow organisers or the Family History Sociiety itself.

There are lots of shows all around the country, if you let me know who you were hoping to see i will have a look and see if i can see where they will be next

Got to go now or will be late for the final day, although my feet are hurting so bad it would be lovely to stay at home lol

I agree with you on the cd front shelly I went with a bundle of cash didn't spend a penny

Phew yesterday (Friday) was busy and they say today will be busier, would have added last night but after getting home just after 9 and having food i fell asleep!!

As promised I am reporting back as I have just got home to Exeter. On the whole a good day out alot of walking around and around but they worthwhile. One tip though if you are going to the shows with famous people who did do WDYTYA give yourself plenty of time time to que up to get a good seat.

I will report back tomorrow on my adventure

been down to Olympia today to set up stall, looking really good there with a wide variety of exhibitors......did take nearly 3 hours to drive the 20 miles home though :( but looking on the bright side we did see Ronnie Corbet and his wife lol

take lots of cash and small change as loads of the stalls dont accept credit cards and run out of £1 coins etc

the food and drinks are really expensive so as someone else suggested take sarnies or there is a nice pub on the corner thhat does lunches or a tesco metro up the road

and remember stall 100 lol thats where i will be with karrie cutlets, pop over and say hi

oh and have a great time, btw if you have any wdytya books it cold be worth taking them as some of the celebs will be there and you could get them to sign your book, the wdytya? live website says who is gonna be there
