just fell of step banged ,my hip pn chair and to top it all my glasses have broke,cant see with out them,it would happen to day of all days,will have to sit for while

Joyce, are you sure your glasses don't need renewing - besides the fact you have just broken them, is you sight OK, you do seem to be falling a lot lately. Or is there a problem with your balance? Hope you feel better soon.

When you feel a bit better get yourself an eye test,
you may need stronger lenses in your glasses.

Make sure you don't overpay for them either.


Maybe a visit to the GP to check for dizziness, etc could be worthwhile.

Trips and falls happen so easily.

Now behave yourself, have a drink of tea and try to relax.

Please take care of yourself.

Joyce, what are we going to do with you? Do slow down, I bet you were in a splutter again. Hope you feel ok today and can get some new specs in time for the visit to Liverpool etc, or will you get the lenses put into those fancy frames you bought?

I,ll get my eyes checked when i come over dont have any dizzness also i just seem to forget things as late,Liz the glasses are my brother in laws but there just blue ones did want apair of fancy ones,but never mind,Jans off tomorrow its holiday here,but Jan is having trouble with his back again the work is so heavy
