2 half peppers -what can I do with them ?

Hubby's favourite... roasted stuffed peppers... just google it and there are loads of recipes... Jamie Oliver's is lovely...... easy to do, and fabulous!! |

Just take out all the innards - the pips and cream coloured bits - bung them in an ovenproof dish - skin side down - slap a bit of olive oil in them and hurl them in the oven. Yummy. |

We went out for a tapas meal the other night and had stuffed peppers. They were delicious, filled with a minced meat mixture cut side down in the dish and covered with a cheese sauce. |
