Hi all, I don't know whether this is the right site to ask, but have been frightened off the trying to find board. Is anyone else having trouble accessing the Ancestry site, I have trying all day with no success, perhaps it is just me, thanks.

1. The person you are trying to find.

2. Dates of birth, location, etc

3. What websites or info you have looked at.

4. What info or details you are looking for.

Annina, Do I read you correctly are you trying to order marriage certificates from the Ancestry site? Forgive me if I have read you incorrectly.

You may find it easier to go to your GRO and order. The address is www.gro.gov.uk oh google General Records Office it's easier.

I have been advised by better brains than mine that this is your best option.

Hi it's me again sorry,yes,I know gro is the best site I forgot to say I was having trouble accessing that too. Managed to order 3 certs today after they faffed about making me change password, it happens every time I use it ,why can't they use paypal? Bye the way, still can't get any sense out of Ancestry, tried all day, all that money and I think i've only been able to use it twice. Trouble is, if I can't get on site, how do I complain?
