Well done Mo, how did you do it. I find as soon as I know I need to lose weight, I have an overwhelming compulsion to eat. Then I eat, feel disgusted with myself and then eat again!!

I had to change my diet bcause of high cholesterol
So just changed a few things I eat.
Chicken or fish instead of red meat,no cheese or eggs,no whole milk or youghurts
Substitute butter with benecol, use skimmed milk
No puddings ,biscuits or cakes ect
Seems to be working

Thing is Mo, I've got high cholesterol and do all those things and did actually lose three quarters of a stone, but have now put it all back on again even though I still do those things. Think all though I eat healthily I probably binge on healthy food!

You're very good Mo, I do exercise and do quite a bit of walking but I expect I should still do alot more

I am NOT too wide for my height, I am too short for my weight, so stick that in your pipe and smoke it, out side, of course.
