Shouting from the roof tops

Just had to shout from the roof tops, last week when I was down at my mums I had a phone call from my daughter to say that she had passed her final exam at uni to become a midwife. Shes not had it easy has she moved away with her family and then made up her mind to do the course. Her and her partner are such good parents to their son, and I want everyone how proud I am.

You must be so proud of your daughter Linda. Well done to her and I am sure she will continue to love her job as a midwife. My youngest daughter (a vet nurse at the moment) also with 3 young children hopes to become a midwife herself one day.

well done for your daughter. They do us proud every way BUT when the chips are stacked against them and they still do well the its doubly well done to them,
Our daughter did well too when all the chips were down so know how proud you must feel

Dear LInda

Congratulations to your daughter.

There is a chronic shortage of midwives.
Such a worthwhile and rewarding job.

Very best wishes to you and your family.

Well done to her for her hard work and perseverance, to achieve her ambition while being a Mum and running a home is all credit to her.
I hope she finds the job she wants and is very happy in her work, it will be satisfying to help other women become Mums too and she is a great example to her son too.
No wonder you are proud of her.

LINDA
Congratulations to your daughter for her perserverance and achievemnt and also to you because she must have learnt from the way that you brought her up that if you realy want something you will find a way to acheve it.
As anurse who has now come to the end of her career may I say to her there will be times when you wonder "is it all worth it" and the it is time to sit down and think of all the people who have showed you in so many ways that it is.
The other wonderful thing is that one always remembers the midwife who helped to deliver your baby.

Keep shouting from the roof tops, be proud and happy

Congratulations to everyone in the family

Well done to your daughter Linda,

OH cousin's daughter did the same, studied as a mature student, and is now a Staff Nurse in the ICU.

It takes a lot of guts when you have children to do this, so good on her.
