On the IGI pilot site which sue posted, if you click on browse all records instead of using the search box, it brings up a map of the world, choosing the country lets you see what they have including all the ones not yet transcribed. you can look at those ones and find things which the search box won't

I didn't know about that site either - somewhere else for me to go ferreting around in - thank you Sue, and Linda.

Diane - the funny thing is is that my daughter and her fiance had no intention of inviting her ex boss to the wedding. It's going to be a small affair with family and a few close friends. Amanda - an unfair dismissal case could drag on for ages. I can well understand my daughter not wanting to bother. Who really wins?

Well everyone has gone except you Sue and I suspect you have gone as well. I had to go to FB to message a few people as well as granddaughter.
Made me smile too trying to imagine that same group Sue. They would put up warning to people not to go on this site, with a picture of the group saying ( This Could be YOU ) lol.

It is a beautiful day here Tec.
I am having coffee as well,so thought i would look in.

I have had a rearrange in the freezer and have managed to fit everything,so the other one is now turned off. i didn't want to spend too much time rearranging things last night as I didn't want to keep the door open for too long.

Guess what I am having for lunch - yes soup!

I hope that you manage to get other things done in town while the Duchess is at the doctors.

Linda I hope you haven't fallen head first into the chest freezer mopping up after it defrosted :))

I chickened out of cleaning it out. I left it open to defrost when I went out this afternoon.I will have to clean it tomorrow

That's a horrible job.......ugh.

The afternoon wasn't that exciting really - I dropped OH off at the doctors, went to a couple of shops, then the supermarket, still busy with tourists.

OH has appointment at the cottage hospital tomorrow, and two more appointments next week.
