Linda do you mind keeping your cold feet off me when you climb into my bed, and as for that snoreing , no wonder I fell asleep this evening.

Tec your poor OH, having to hobble after you when you try and sneek off with her leg. Hope all is alright for her at the hospital.


Hi Sue, sorry your weather was so cold for you, our's on the other hand was sunshine all day ( make's a change ) it is suppose to be quite a good bank holiday weekend.

Tec.....my OH hoards wood as well . He has the fronts of any old drawers that are been chopped up ( they might be teak ?? ) , he sorted out the loft a few months ago and was astounded at how much wood he has hoarded away .....lol
I hoard wool and fabric ...... I inherited my Mums hoards and have added to them ...... I don't know why I do it , it's a compulsation . I could probably dress my family in some bizarre fabric if I actually got to grips with the material.

Do you hoard anything Sue ?

Hi Tec, yes I did need it as I was in work till 5pm today, employer's mum went to a golden wedding anniversary and asked me to do extra hrs as she wasn't sure she would be back in time for her son, so I spent my time doing some tidying in the garden and as you know that can be a tireing job.

Well I suppose I do hoard soup, but not for that long, I don't want food poisoning.We had lunch out today, so guess what we had for dinner?

Hi Linda, Tec is off the hook, my son has just made me a coffee, are your feet alway's cold when you get into bed lol.

I like a lot of you hoard material and wool, I used to make a lot of baby thing's like quilt set's for cot's and swinging crib's, and I used to knit baby clothes to order as well as my grand children, not so much now as I don't have the time.

There is a nice gastro pub in the town, which does very nice lunches,so we just went there after I finished delivering the Meals on Wheels. They had creamy pork with peppers, mashed potatoes, carrots and peas. Sultana sponge and custard. I am not sure how pork can be creamy,but that is what it said on the lid

My OH hoards fabric and material. In a spare room we had a wardrobe no longer used, so we laid it on its back, it now became a huge chest, the door became the lid. It is full of carefully folded fabrics. Including 22 metres of heavy material that she was going to make loose covers with yearts ago, and never did.

Think I'll open a shop lol.
