Gosh Tec really does have his problems with "his" water.
Now Jackdaws,
and I was not surprised about your "fowl" joke Allan.

Strange I told you guys about me - only OH my doctors and I know abt it here now it's there for all to see.

Mine was caused by chemical imbalance - I was allergic to a drug prescribed by one locum and this triggered off reactions.

Hi Perse hope you are fine hun.

I know you have gone to bed Tec but you can read this tomorrow,
It was a good job the power line didn't connect to water burst as there could have been a lot more casualty's than a few jackdaw's.
Good night to you and OH sleep well

Good night Amanda and I hope your daughter get's the help she need's hun.

Perse, it is surpriseing how at ease we can feel on this thread that we without thinking start to talk about thing's we often don't discuss with our closest friend's.

I'm an honourly (sp) Aussie and joined in when the thread was started.

I always look in and read what's going on and recently realised that I 'converse' with Diane and Allan on other threads.
So I'd like to join you in your chats,if that's OK.

I can talk for Wales, so I'm told...Challenge for Tec ( think he's Welsh)
I'm a night owl as you can see, but am using ihubby's laptop now as he wanted to go to sleep and my puter is in our bedroom.
So excuse the spelling as this thing doesnt spellcheck automatically in GR as mine does !!

Hello All. Just looking in to see who's around. Nobody, by the look of it. Oh well, I'll talk to myself.

Diane - don't know what we are going to do about you. Posting a 1:0am. Really!!!! and you need to be up so early to go to work!

Sandy - welcome back. Someone looks in at all times during the day and night. It's 4pm here and nobody is around, so I'll come back later.

Allan - glad to see you back again. Hope you had a good trip.

Good morning all from a grey wet South Wales.
~~ to Allan and Berona~~~~

I was allowed membership initially.lol cos my 2 cousins now live in Australia and I taught my cousins son the Lord's prayer and our National anthem in Welsh !
and of course I'm in South Wales whilst you have a New one.lol
Nothing much going on today for me , I may go out for a walk and catch the 89 yr old lady Meg that walks her white Alsation , I usually have a brisk walk every day but if I find Meg it will be a slow one ,bless her.
I quite like walking in the rain (as long as it is not lashing it down ) find it refreshing.
Speak soon I hope :)

Hi again
Have got to get used the time zones ,lol
Both my GR Australian friends lived at opposite sides of the country.

Had a brisk walk with my very large brolly, I was advertising Manweb an electricity company my bil worked for before he retired.
Didn't see Meg so popped to her house to see she was OK, she was all dolled up and waiting for a taxi to take her to the supermarket !
It's lashing down with rain now , so glad I went out earlier.

Temperature has dropped as well and whilst wearing my fleecy dressing gown over my clothes , have had to put the heating on .. to air clothes mainly, cos being 'mean' / cautious with money, if it get's cold I just put on another layer.lol

Hello Sandy, most people take their dogs for a walk, not their brollies :0))

Temps here still cool, but we have a wood fire: well, the fire is made of metal but we burn wood in it :0)) !!
