Hello, Tec and Sue

I find that doing crossword puzzles etc helps to keep my mind active, as does my lodge work, where everything has to be remembered, and not read from books.

I received my paternal grandmothers death certificate yesterday. Now THERE was a skeleton in the closet!!

I nearly chocked on my toast when I saw one of the listed causes of death, although, fortunately, it was the third of three listed.

Tec I too love liver pate on toast and duck pate. Yes my daughter's condition does have me worried at time's, she also has to inject herself every day with growth hormone, her most important tablet is her steroid one which is the one she has to increase if she is ill ( cold or any infection ) or stressed or had a shock, as this is the one that mainly support's the output of adrenalin from the adrenal gland.

Sandie have you ironed that shirt yet ?

I do as little ironing as possble at home but have to do ironing every day at work.

Tec, as well it cost me heaps! i sent of for three certificates, one for my paternal grandmother and two who were contenders for my maternal granmother.

These last two were from a list of six names provided by Linda, which i had culled down to four.

Using what I knew of the details of my gran's death and approx. age I sent off for certs for the two likely contenders.

Sherlock Holmes I ain't.

Both were wrong, so now I send off for the other two against a background of marital murmurings regarding money and the easy disposal thereof!! :0))
