I have one banana on my cereal each day (my diet) so I bought 10 last time and put five in the crisper drawer of the fridge. By the fifth day, the ones in the fridge were turning brown, so I took them out and put them in a bowl. |

My mother used to slice bananas and put them in the custard or on top of a jelly. I used to get told off for trying to avoid them. I like sliced fresh banana with hot caramel custard poured over them but not sitting around in cold custard. And I just love banana bread... |
