Sue that quiche sound's nice, I like quiche with salad but I also like it with new potatoe's and pea's. Hope your feeling better soon and as Linda say's if you can't speak just e-mail.

Hi Linda glad to hear you were able to sort out you bedroom furniture, usually it is the woman folk who want the new thing's not the men.

Today here was again sunny, it started off pretty cold but when the sun came out it was lovely.

Linda - you're not teasing our Tec are you?

The quiche is very easy to make.

You whisk 3 eggs (at room temperature), 11/2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of SR flour. Add 1 cup of grated cheese and a bit of what you fancy - I put in bacon and little cherry tomatoes cut in half. Ham is nice too. Pour it into a quiche dish and cook for 45 to 50 minutes in a 200C oven. Easy.
